How do I know if I have won something?
After each game or tournament, the results are published on the leaderboard. There you can see your ranking and the corresponding prizes. Collecting your prizes is your responsibility – we do not send out prize notifications.
How do I claim my prize?
You must actively claim your prize within 7 days of the announcement. To do so, send an email to gewinn@winwyz.games. If you do not respond within this period, your claim will be irrevocably forfeited.
How are winnings paid out?
There are two options: 1. Directly through a sponsor, in which case the sponsor's terms and conditions apply. 2. Via cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum). For this, you need a crypto wallet.
Is the money paid directly to my bank account?
Not necessarily. Winnings are usually paid either via cryptocurrency wallets or through our sponsoring partners, depending on the specific promotion and payout method. Details are provided for each campaign individually.
Do I have to prove my identity?
Yes, we may require identity verification (KYC) for security reasons. Only after successful verification will winnings be paid out.
Do I have to pay taxes?
The taxation of your winnings is your sole responsibility. Please note that the tax treatment of winnings may vary depending on your country of residence. Therefore, please inform yourself about the applicable regulations.
What are sponsor winnings?
Some prizes are provided directly by partners or sponsors. In these cases, their participation and payout rules apply.
Will my data be shared with sponsors?
Only to the extent necessary for the prize draw or communication. Your data is safe with us and will never be shared without good reason.

We strive to maintain a stable platform, but technical glitches can never be completely ruled out.
What happens if a game crashes?
